Shipping & Return Policies
SHIPPING POLICY
All shipping-related fees are laid out in the shopping cart and will be charged at check out.
We make an effort to ship out all orders received before 12pm EST the same afternoon, but ask to allow 1-3 business days for us to process. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking info once your order was processed. Delivery will depend on location and transit times of our carriers.
RETURN POLICY
Due to Health and Safety concerns, we cannot allow for any opened boxes to be returned except for approved claims made for defect in materials.
We are happy to work with you though, should you be unhappy with our product for any reason. Please contact us at info@foodstiks.com with details.
Product Replacement Circumstances:
Defective Product
Should an item be found to be defective upon receipt, please notify us at info@foodstiks.com. A Foodstiks representative will work with you to have defective product returned at no charge. No Product is to be returned without a proper confirmation by Foodstiks. Returned items must be returned in their original quantity ordered and include the original carton, packaging, and receipt paperwork within 10 business days of receipt of the Product. Defective products will be replaced as soon as possible. All orders are non refundable.
If Your Order Does Not Arrive
Please wait seven days to notify us if your merchandise does not arrive. We will assist the Buyer in filing a tracer with the selected carrier by providing pertinent information that may be required. Upon notification from the carrier of a non-delivery, the merchandise will be replaced.
Claims for Damaged Merchandise
If damaged merchandise is received, please contact us and we will work with you and the carrier to file a claim and decide if the product needs to be replaced.
